In my experience, Nas Hotel feels more like a clinic motel than a real hotel, mostly serving medical tourists coming for surgery. I stayed there for almost three weeks starting February 11, 2026, and unfortunately the experience was very unpleasant.
The biggest issue is lack of privacy. Staff and cleaners often knock once and immediately open the door, and sometimes they barge into the room without even knocking, even when guests are inside or naked, then start making unnecessary excuses. Even when we asked that the room should not be cleaned, staff still entered while we were away.
Cleaning is very poor, especially in the bathroom and shower. The carpet in the room is also a mess, dirty and poorly maintained.
Breakfast is low quality and seems processed, not fresh. The menu is priced in euros, and if you pay in euros or dollars they still give change only in Turkish lira. They even charge €5 for a simple hair net to use the pool.
Room service is disappointing. Guests receive only three small bottles of water on arrival, and they are not replenished during the rest of the stay unless you pay for more. They also take a €100 or $100 minibar deposit without giving a proper receipt.
The environment also feels uncomfortable. Seeing almost everyone recovering from surgery makes the place feel more like a clinic than a hotel. The area around the hotel is also terrible.
One positive note: a night staff member was very kind and helpful, especially when I needed help while feeling cold
