Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.

it was nice experience with friendly team at the hotel every thinks was good . except 1 issue they don't have iron machine in the hotel it was surprised me really. other thinks are all nice including the breakfast.

Bad customer service, needed to scan a document at the reception as they dont have business centre, reception people dont even acknowledge your presence, they keep talking over the phone or to each other, and when someone answers you, anything can distract them from listening to you. they are very loud when they talk to each other and dont smile. owful feeling when dealing with them

Sauna not included / bag incident / location

Problem 1: The listing says there's a sauna and steam room - which is the primary reason why I booked a stay here. Turns out, use of the sauna/steam are NOT included with your stay, and in order to use them.. you must purchase a spa package for approximately 100 euros. Very misleading and disappointing. Problem 2: MY BAG WENT MISSING. I arrived back in my room and my bag was gone. Shortly after my arrival, someone walked into my room with the bag. They said that they didn't have a record of me checking in, so they didn't know why there was a bag in there. My main issue is that my bag was opened and various items were moved around. Were they looking for identification, or were they looking for valuables? I'm not sure. Problem 3: The location is somewhat inconvenient. You can see the Mall of Istanbul, but in order to get there you need to take a taxi. Was alright for the 1 night I stayed there, but I wouldn't want have to do that every time I wanted to go get food. The good: The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is also comfortable. No problems with the wifi.

MAL SERVICIO

Viaje con mi hijo, nos dieron una sola cama, además, nos dieron el cuarto que está junto al área del servicio y fue muy incómodo. No nos entregaron los controles del clima y el cuarto fue muy pequeño. Por otra parte, recogen los platos y cubiertos sin haber terminado de desayunar y se colocan junto a uno para que uno se pare: Fue muy INCOMODO y pagamos mucho por la estancia, además de haber estado con los de Tour, nosotros pagamos cuatro días terribles de mal servicio y nos dijeron que no nos podían dar un cuarto con camas gemelas, porque estaba muy lleno.

Tres bon sejour. Hotel de standing. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de resto, autre que celui proposé par l'hotel, à proximité. On est obligé de prendre le taxi pour un repas à l'exterieur, ou pour une petite course.....
