I had an amazing stay at this hotel ! The staff was incredibly caring and helpful,offering great guidance and speaking fluent English. The hotel felt very safe, clean, and up to date. The breakfast was a delightful touch, and the room was spacious with tall windows offering excellent city views. Highly recommend for both convenience and comfort!

When booking this hotel I couldn’t find the particular star rating and was initially disappointed due to the lack of amenities like pool, hot tubs or exercise facilities. But wishing the first few minutes of arriving I that what the hotel DID HAVE, far exceeded my expectations. I rate this hotel 5 STAR Rating due to its wonderful staff and exceptional service and hospitality. I felt at home and didn’t want to leave. The amazing staff at the Kailyn hotel always went over and above to help and Mae you feel welcome in every way. Thank you so much Kailyn hotel for making my stay an overly enjoyable experience. 5 STARS

Management hält Zusagen von Mitarbeitern nicht ein. Storno wurde durch Mitarbeiter zugesagt. Expedia hat auch zugestimmt, Hotelmanagement hat abgelehnt. Wir haben die weiteren Buchungen dann storniert und werden nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten. Personal nett und bemüht!

Leider hält das Management nicht die Zusagen die durch die Mitarbeiter gegeben werden. Das Personal ist feundlich. Expedia hat versucht zu helfen aber das Management hat die Stornierung und Rückerstattung abgelehnt!

Oda da elektrikli ocak var ama tabak, tava, çatal, kaşık vb. hiç bişe yok. Banyoda şampuan yok resepsiyona sordum bizde de yok gelecek cevabını aldım. Mutfak kısmına çok kötü bi lavabo tarzı gibi bişey yapmışlar. Lavabo musluk başlığı damacanalara takılan elektronik pomba takmışlar. Rezalet bir deneyimdi bir de günlüğü 2800 civarı bi tutardı boşuna giden bir para oldu.

Personal ist super. Das Hotel ist sauber. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel für 10€ am Tag. Das einzige was nicht gut war ist das Frühstück. Zu wenig Auswahl zu wenig Plätze zum sitzen.
