Location is walking distance from Blue mosque

The experience was great! The staff are very welcoming and super helpful.. they offered us free shuttle services along with a smart phone in order to have 3G and hot spot wherever we go. They even help us in planning our sight seeing plan and also recommend some great restaurants. The room is beautifully decorated, the bed is comfortable but it's only missing a mirror in the room where there is a mirror in the bathroom only. This Hotel is highly recommended.

Cosy Hotel

Went and stayed here for 3 days with my wife, had a lovely time at the place, had a queen sea view room booked but it wasn’t as spacious as I thought and I explained to Aisha that my wife didn’t have much vision and I needed more space for to move around with bumping into things and she upgraded us to a king sea view room. Which was great of here. Facility wise had all you kind of need. They’ve got a lot of places on speed dial for you and with free shuttle service from them to pick you up and drop you back. Like restaurants, hammam’s etc. Order Taxi’s and they turn up before you get down to reception. Best of all for me Was WiFi in hotel and a mobile phone given to you with WiFi share to your own phone while your their for your stay and WhatsApp on it with direct access to them when ever you needed in or outside of the hotel. So a great place to stay with access to everywhere not to far away. Recommend it to all definitely.

Location of the hotel is good. From the hotel to Sultanahmet is 10 mins by walking. And the hotel even provides free shuttle car for the transportation. Staff of the hotel are amazingly friendly and warm. Every problem you might face to during the journey, they can always actively find a way to solve it.

Great service!

Very good & personalized service from front service. Check-in was swift. They have everything prepared for us including phone WiFi which we can bring out & brochures that we can book tours etc. We booked a show & a tour via front desk which was very helpful. On our last day, we requested for late check-out & was kindly granted till 4pm! Room service food was very good as well. The only con for us was the bed which was too soft for our liking but overall a thumbs-up!

Great boutique hotel in a convenient location.

We stayed here with our one year old for a short stay in Istanbul. The staff was fantastic. They provide you with a hotspot cellphone so you can find your way anywhere and keep in touch. Free shuttle service to metro and tram stations and the main square in Sultanahmet. We did the walk back from the square each day with a stroller and had no issues. It's a very safe neighbourhood, kids play at the playground nearby well after dark. Staff helped us sort out transfers and everything as well.. Food from the restaurant was actually very good and lots of small restaurants within 5 mins. Store around the corner, supermarket 5 mins away. Great hotel, great location, even better staff!

Приятный отель в старом городе (готовьтесь к воззваниям с минаретов в середине ночи)), но, судя по всему, зависит от того, в какой номер попадете. Чисто, уютно, большие комнаты, огромная ванная, потрясающе: выдается смартфон с картами, туристской информацией, экстренной связью, интернетом, к которому через WIFIможно подключиться своим телефоном и пользоваться бесплатно (правда, возможно это система слежения за вами)))).. Кое-что следует отремонтировать. Кое-что не работает. Кофемашины в стандартном номере НЕТ. Ресторан не работает и если необходимо позавтракать, вам доставят еду из другого места за отдельную плату. Существенная слышимость.Прекрасная леди на ресепшн- очень отзывчива, готова помочь, обьяснить, посоветовать /на английском/ (Ayça, you are beautiful and really intelligent). Хорошо, если повезет с ценой (цены при бронировании скачут). Про террасу никто ничего не сказал, поэтому и не знаю, есть ли она на самом деле. Well, it's gay-friendly.

A nice hotel at the hearth of Istanbul

Central location with clean, well organized building, rooms. Friendly staff who always try to figure out your problems. Free parking is always available that was so important me because it is really hard to find a parking even in the parking garages in this area. All furnitures are new. Room is clean and well house keeped all the time.

Nice Hotel

Hotel was close to the Sea. They upgrade our room to sea view from city view. Staff was very helpful specially all the receptionist. They got free shuttle to drop u close to Blue Masjid. They also give u a mobile phone to use the 4G as a hotspot with a very fast internet. Overall it was such a good experience.

Lovely hotel close to the blue mosque

Hotel staff are lovely Only downfall is there is no kitchen so no buffet as we were promised And the terrace was closed which we weren't informed about, a little upsetting, beds are very hard, other than this the staff go out of their way to help you, free taxi to blue mosque and the hotel also give you a phone to use whilst you are out completely free.

The hotel gives its clients upon arrival a box which contains practical items like charger and a phone. The phone is quite nice as it helps us to communicate on WhatsApp with hotel for shuttle and ask information as well as acts as a hotspot. Innovative way to interact.

Upon checking in, I received a warm welcome with details of the hotel provides as amenities and services. The hotel provides free shuttle service, a wifi hotspot, discount transport card, as well as booking to most tours. All the staff seemed happy to be working there and always greeted me with a warm smile

Amazing, best way to describe it !

I was staying there just for 2 nights! First of all the first hotel I was staying at was great, good location to visit the old town and all the historical monuments that make Istanbul magic! You even get a free ride to the heart of the old town to avoid taxi charges! They gave me a phone with a local number to make everything easier! For the second night they allowed me to change to the other hotel which is located on the other side of the city which is perfect if you want to see the "New" town and enjoy the nightlife! Second of all, I woke up at 2 pm while the checkout was supposed to be at 12pm, no call, no disturb, nothing ! I was feeling so sorry! I asked them to wash my laundry, my flying being not till late that day! They told me that they will do it but they were a bit worried not to make it on time! When I came back to the hotel, the receptionist told me that they actually won't charge me for the laundry ! How good is that ??!! Without telling you that the room was just perfect, clean, with all you need! All the staff are very friendly and trying to make you feeling very comfortable giving you some good tips about the city! I highly recommend this hotel, I'll definitely book it on my next trip to Istanbul!

Excellent Hotel

Excellent Hotel. Big rooms, very clean, nice seaview. Receptionisrs are very helpfull. Very good location. Close to all historic sites. Wellcome box is good idea. Outstanding Boutique Hotel in Istanbul!

Both hotels are ideal for business trips as well as touristic trips. The hotel offers full range of services from laundry to concierge services. It also offers free shuttle service to major touristic attractions in the area. The rooms are fully equipped with essential amenities including kettle, slippers, toiletries etc. The beds are comfortable and there is free wifi in the room.

Excellent service

It's a new hotel in Sultanahmet, Istanbul. We stayed in penthouse suite. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a very nice panoramic historical peninsula and sea view. Staff was proffesional and helpful. They gave us free smartphones with free internet service. When we weren't in the hotel we used the hotspot internet and it was very useful. Thanks to Mrs. Ayca we upgraded our room and she was so kind the whole time. I highly recommend this hotel!
