"One of our rooms had a smell of dumped! We tried to change our arrival date and no one was helpful so we ended up paying for an extra night ! Other then that everything was nice and smooth."

"The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Istanbul. Traffic makes reaching the hotel a little difficult, but there are many shops and resturants as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staff were very polite and very helpful, especially Sina at the reception."

"This is a totally new renovated property with very new updated rooms and lounges. It has beautiful views of the Bosphorus and the outdoor lounge is great. It is a bit far from most attractions and requires cab rides, but not too long."

"Beautiful hotel with stunning views, friendly staff, great amenities overall, spacious rooms. Downside - very large professional gatherings which makes the hotel very loud at times, and restaurants not accessible."

"The location is great, near taksim yet away from the noise of taksim, close to the metro and bus station. The ameneties are very well maintained. The breakfast is great, it has everything. The room is good, it's vintage, not modern, and requires a little bit of enhancement. The room was not the best. We were first given a room on the second floor, it smelled like smoke, although we reserved a non smoking bedroom. We complained to the checkin service, and they gave us another room on the 12th...

"Great experience from arrival to departure. Staff was very kind, generous and helpful. Room was beautiful with plenty of space for myself and 2 kids. Wish we would have been able to spend more than 1 night there. Location was great as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay here again if in Istanbul in the future."

"Unser Zimmer war sauber, das Personal megaaaa freundlich, nett und immer hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider nicht, da nicht so viele Gäste vor Ort waren. Das Frühstück wurde direkt auf dem Teller serviert,was aber ok war. "
