"I will certainly not go that place again, and I don't recommend it to future visitors to Seoul. Host wasn't available when I arrived, no email, no phone number, nothing. Another guest who happened to be entering when I arrived gave me her number, then took her around an hour just to answer me and let me in.

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
By far, this is the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I was so impressed by the attention to detail and overall atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay. We would...
