O hotel não tem gerador, faltou luz várias vezes durante a noite. Me hospedei para dormir bem a noite, pois tinha compromisso no domingo bem cedo e não foi possível o descanso. Não houve nenhum tipo de ressarcimento ou esclarecimento. Apenas informado pela recepcionista que isso acontece com frequência. Se já acontece, deveriam ter providenciado um gerador, para que os hóspedes não fossem impactados.

O hotel de modo geral é maravilhoso, café da manhã nota 10, limpeza do quarto nota 10, recepção nota 8, acho que falta um pouco mais de empatia com os hospedes, o estacionamento passou a ser cobrado uma taxa por dia R$ 10,00, cobrança que nunca foi feita nas ultimas vezes que nos hospedamos, enfim... Uma sugestão em relação aos canais de TV (só tem dois canais abertos Globo e SBT)...deveria ter mais opções e também acesso a internet para que pudessemos acessar Netflix, Amazon...assinatura particular. Obrigada Cristina

Bem conservado o quarto não é muito espaçoso, mas atende bem. O banheiro pequeno com um bom chuveiro. Amenities de baixa qualidade. Um grande diferencial e a iluminação, dificilmente temos quartos tão bem iluminado. O Recepcionista Geovane muito solicito. Outro ponto a salientar é que o quarto estava com cheiro de limpeza. A cidade tem pouco a oferecer, no entanto estava lindamente decorada para o Natal e a proximidade com Pomerode e Blumenau a torna interessante. Pedimos room service, comida saborosa e preço justo. O café da manhã bem completo, manteiga francesa, pão de queijo muito bom e morangos. O estacionamento é amplo e sem custo. A academia deixou muito a desejar, equipamentos escassos e o ar estava desligado e sem o controle.
