"最初、疑ってたのですが宿泊料がお部屋代だったので2人で泊まって割り勘したらコスパ最強でした（簡易ベッドが一台あったので3人ならさらにお得） お部屋は清潔で、ほぼ全てが揃っていて不自由はなかったです。 キッチンにIH、冷蔵庫もあったので、連泊の方には経済的だし、持ち込みして女子会するのにも便利です。 十三はあまりガラがよくないと言われてたので恐る恐る行きましたが、広い通りには飲食店がいっぱいあって明るくて賑やかでした。 何処に入ろうか迷いましたー。 チェックインはログインが上手くいかなくて到着してからフロントでやってもらいました（忙しそうで対応はちょっと雑でしたが） チェックアウトは部屋のドア内側のQRコードを読むだけだったので、慣れたらすごく簡単です。 帰る時入り口のフロントには誰も居なくて、勝手に帰っていいのかな？と思いましたが大丈夫でした。 余計な手間が掛からなくていいです。 梅田にも近いし次回もこちらを利用したいです。 "

"stayed here w four other ppl and there was plenty of space for all of us! right about a subway station so it was super convenient to get around. walking distance from dontonbori and osaka tower. there’s a lawton’s,7/11, and family mart nearby so it was great for late night snacks. and a block down there’s a great bento place for cheap eats ! "

"Stayed for family of 5 in a room. The check in process is a bit confusing. But we finally figured out how to contact someone on the IPad provided at the front desk. Overall, the space and size of the place is just right. It is close to transportation and convenience store which is a plus. The cost for the value is ok, a little higher than I expected. "It's spacious and clean. It has an in unit washer. Kitchen has all the essentials. I love that no need for a key card and just a code for entry to main building and room. There's a room lobby for guests on the first floor that has free water dispenser and luggage storage. It's walkable. It's quiet inside the room and building even though it's located on a busy street. "Loved the location. A short walk to the train station, Tokyo Tower and evening activities. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Easy check in and out, a lot of travel supplies, very soft bed and pillows, nice towels and linen. There was only a washing machine (no dryer), however, the bathroom has its own laundry drying system which dries the clothes faster than the regular dryer. Overall, we love the hotel and its location. "
