"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. We decided to come back as a memory and we were fortunate enough to stay in the exact same room as last time which was very sentimental to us!! "The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed, there were food crumbs on the floor. We wanted to check in 15 minutes early and were charged 15 pounds. I felt that was a little high of a charge for 15 minutes. "

"Nice modern stylish room, prompt email replies from staff regarding flexible check ins. Very comfy room. Good breakfast included. Only drawback was when the room next door had their tv on late at night it actually woke me up in my room! But not really much which could be done about that. Also milk missing from tea station in morning but assume that was a simple oversight. "

"Everything is excellent! The room is beautifully equipped, with superbly comfortable bed, brilliant shower, decent size bath and good Wi-fi. All staff in the pub were friendly and served us with good humour at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food was brilliant (we ate there every night). Location was just what we were after, small village with no shops, but easy driving distance from larger centres. Plenty of walking trails nearby. Highly recommended."
