"I attempted to use laundry 3 times and the app wouldn’t let me book. Out of 3 machines only 2 were working. I ended up spending 12 euros at a nearby laundry mat, a main reason I booked the hotel was to go laundry mid-trip. It’s too far from the city and parking was a pain. "The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again."

Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard ! "This hotel is located in a suburb area of San Sebastián but the fact two major bus lines run through the hotel you can take one bus directly to old town or the bus/train station without switching buses . The staff at the lobby cafe is amazing . Eukene made me the most delicious cafe con leche . The hotel breakfast was delicious too . Will be back here next time in San Sebastián . Thank you"
