"The refrigerator had rust microwave, nasty, and inside in the room had roaches but the staff was excellent"

"Missing your basic amenities and some updating. But good price and staff was nice"

"This place looks like a bad place wen you first get there but no rooms very clean Very nice place"

"I don't like that I was charged an extra 22 dollars PER DAY! ($66) for 3 days just to get a room on the 2nd floor. This was once my favorite hotel. I've stayed there 4 times while waiting to relocate. The first 2 times were excellent. I always enjoy the second floor view. And I realize there may not be an a availability all the time. But this was outrageous. Since I was a repeat guest, it should have been waived (at least for one day) One time I asked for second floor and I was told there was...

"Staff was helpful. Room could have been cleaner. Location is right off the highway and very easy access."

"The shops were near bye. The staff was good. No complaints"

"The staff was great, friendly, helpful. Zero issues with personnel. The property is run down in every way and there is no way to sleep through the night with the constant traffic and trains."

"great location, nicely maintained property, beautiful rooms and delicious hot breakdast"

"Clean rooms"

"the stay was good no problems. room was clean"

"We stayed in the full access handicap room. The carpet is nasty and smells really bad. I felt that we packing that odor in all of our things when leaving. However, I called the desk to report a broken ironing board and it was replaced very fast. The staff was very friendly. They just need to give that room and carpet a good cleaning."

"We had a nice time here. We brought our 13 year old here on Halloween because he thinks he's too old to trick or treat. We thought a night in a real haunted inn would be fantastic and it was. The lady who checked us in told him some wonderful stories about spirits there. I appreciated that so much. He had a great time."
