"Liked that there was housekeeping daily. Furniture and counters , floors updated but shower and walls need gutted. Room smelled musty and the ppl that had rooms there are up all over the complex yelling and smoking and drinking all night. Really needs quiet time enforced"

"Very clean room. Had self check-in. Quiet area not to much traffic. Will definitely visit again !"

"The staff is very nice and the common areas are very well maintained. The laundry in vending machines are useful. The rooms need a real deep cleaning. Buildup of dust and grime in every corner and crevice. Overall, not bad for the price."

"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!"

"We always stay at Hampton Inn when we come in town"

"Everything was great."

"The view of the water and the restaurant staff were both wonderful."

"Delightful!"

"Staff very nice, rooms clean but bar was not open"

"The staff was very nice and inviting! However the building is definitely in need of some updating. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast or use the pool so I cannot comment on those amenities."

"Our stay started out on a bad note, as the young lady who checked us in was not at all pleasant nor welcoming. Not even a smile….we were tired after a long drive and a pleasant welcome would have been appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices. All in all, a nice hotel, and we would stay again."

"The lobby staff were all amazing and highly professional. They treated you like you were spending 5k a night. Definitely felt like they all enjoyed their job. Highly recommend this place. From service to the nice rooms we were pleasantly surprised and will stay again."
