The property is more faded glory than grand. 1980s high quality was evident but has not aged well. Overall property quality control definitely lacking. V dated decor and furniture that has seen far too many uses for its star rating. Peeling paint on railings, mismatched furniture with water rings, badly sized rug with curling edges, creating a trip hazard and dirty balcony windows are examples...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Yes the entrance is located inside the shopping centre but it is very easy to find. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and keen to be of assistance.
