"Staff were really accommodating and friendly, there was a good amount of games to occupy the children in the communal area, which was vibrant and welcoming. Great music and vibe. Great location with good transport links and restaurants/cafes. A short walk to city centre. Room clean and refreshed daily, although carpet could've been better vacuumed as visibly dusty and pieces of food / hair from previous guests. Great room layout though storage was lacking especially for a family. Would stay...

"We had a nice stay over the weekend, our room was spacious and had good amenities, we always appreciate having a kettle in the room as my husband & like our hot drinks.
It was very accessible and near the main parts of Brussels as advertised!
We also had a little flood in our bathroom after using the big shower, really good pressure but the drain wasn’t quite working properly and the receptionist were quick to respond and help us - was easily sorted! "

"The hotel was doing renovations so there were construction noises earlier in the morning. The shower and bathroom were small but functional. The bed was on a boxspring but on the floor. The room had a tv but only had local cable and all the channels were in French. The place was walking distance to the major city attractions "

"Upon checking in we received a very unfriendly welcome from the receptionist who was very unhelpful throughout our stay. Our room was set up for 2 people despite being booked for 3. It took over 1 hour for milk to be delivered to our room which the wrong item was then received (powdered milk) and the receptionist did not help/fix.
The toilet in the room had not been renovated and was very old fashioned compared to the rest of the room.
Moreover, the leisure centre receptionist could not give...
