"We had the most incredible visit. The view from our private balcony overlooked some of the resort and the entire bay. The pictures of the room didn't do it justice, absolutely gorgeous room, larger than we expected, the bed was so comfortable, outdoor shower that we loved, clean and the kitchen had the essentials if you wanted to cook. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. There are no elevators, but the staff will drive you up and down the hill on a golf cart. We had to walk up 3 floors to...

"El hotel está increíble. El trato del personal excelente. En recepción Santiago hizo hasta lo imposible para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Desde que contacté el hotel para pedir informes siempre estuvo con muy buena disposición de orientar. La playa es de las más bonita y está todo muy cerca y cómodo el hotel. "Cómo tal no es un hotel nuevo, por lo cual tiene su desgaste, sin embargo está bien pintado y limpio. Un detalle que hay que mencionar es que no es todo incluido es semi todo incluido. No consta con Frigo bar. No consta con Room Service no cuenta Sólo te dejan dos botellas de agua por habitación por día. Si pides alguna otra es con cargo extra, hay detalles que sugiero se tomen en cuenta de ahí en más la comida es buena y la atención del personal es excelente"
