"El hotel esta muy bien, los bufets de comida son buenos pero repetitivos, elmpersonal es atento, lo que si es que no te dicen nada ni dan indicaciones de que restaurantes estran abiertos, las reservaciones para el rdataurabte italiano o japones etc hay que hacer fila de 1 hora, yo ecogi el hotel porque presebtaba carias actividades pero dentro del hotel nadie sabe de ellas te van peloteando, eso me parecio muy i vomodl no hay nadie que te oriente una vez que te ponen el brazalete"

"Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home."
