"Beautiful location, ocean front. We got the room with outdoor onsen ocean facing. The room was well maintained. The packaged meals (breakfast and dinner) were well prepared! Both my wife and I loved it! Would definitely come back!"

"I would recommend this hotel!! This is a very nice and glamorous hotel, and worth the price. Wifi's working very well. The location is great, just next to the train stations and the bus station. We saw Mt. Fuji from our room and the restaurant on the 13/F. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, the weather was a bit cloudy and it blocked the Fuji San, so we needed to stay in the hotel for half a day, but the room is very comfortable, so we actually didn't mind. "Stayed with my partner, and the entire area of Shimoda is so charming. If you want to experience a taste of the natural flora and fauna of Japan, this place is it. The staff were accommodating, helpful and kind, and the restaurant was excellent for a taste of the local cuisine. Great gems to be found nearby. My only recommendation is to rent a car for this area, as there’s so much to see but not all in walkable distances."
