The staff was excellent and showed good care to me as their customer. They are very nice. The hotel is also love live themed. You may want to come if you like anime

2 minute walk to numazu station, hotel was great and staff were super helpful. I requested a Japanese travel adaptor as my U.K. plug did not fit and they let me borrow it.

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Il y a un choix d'oreillers selon nos préférences, je n'avais jamais vu ça, et c'est génial ! J'ai très bien dormi sur l'oreiller de mon choix, et le lit était également confortable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était peut-être un peu cher, mais j'ai bien mangé malgré tout ! Pour les fans de Love Live! Sunshine!!, c'est génial, il y a des décorations dans le lobby et un tampon Ruby Kurosawa.

なにしろコスパが抜群。設備は少し古いけれど十分便利に使うことができ、心地よく過ごせた。周りのホテルと比べて、とても安く駅も近くスタッフも親切で感じが良く総合的に申し分なかった。

良い点 サービス及び清掃は文句なし。宿泊者限定おつまみ付きお疲れ杯サービスは大変嬉しい。 悪い点 部屋の排水が悪く、シャワーを浴びても足元に水が溜まる。別の部屋に関しては浴室が下水臭かったとのこと。

フロントが3Fです。建物は年数が経っているので、部屋はそれなりです。ところどころに埃が溜まっていますが、清掃は普通です。 連泊の場合は清掃がありませんので、備え付けのバックにタオルを入れてドアにかけておくと新しい物を入れてくれます。
