Wing International Izumi is a simple Japanese-style hotel directly across a small plaza from the Izumi train station. The rooms are simple, but larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a good restaurant on the premises. My wife and I stayed here when visiting the famous Crane Observatory in the outskirts of Izumi. Our only complaint is that the rooms are only cleaned every third day, but that is getting to be a common practice now.

出水駅の目の前という好立地で、アクセスがとても便利です。 冬場はヒーターや湯たんぽなどの暖房器具を貸し出してくれるサービスもありました。 また、部屋に備え付けのシャンプーとは別に、様々なメーカーのものを試せる「シャンプーバー」のような仕組みがあって、とても面白い取り組みだと思います。

鍵を閉めて寝ていましたが、朝ガチャガチャとドアノブを回される音で目が覚めました。 清掃の人が間違えたのだと思うのですが、部屋をきちんと確認して欲しいです。 アメニティが充実しており、フロントの方々の対応がとても良かったので少し残念な気持ちでチェックアウトしました。

大雨による交通規制のため、到着予定時刻を大幅に超えてのチェックインとなったが、フロントの方々は私たちを気遣ってくださり、大変温かい対応でした。 お蔭様でそれまでの疲れが一気に吹き飛びました。本当にありがとうございます！ また、一階食事会場の方も皆さん、親切で素敵な接客でした。なんとなく決めた宿でしたが、機会があればまたお世話になりたいと思います。

バイク専用駐車場があるのが珍しい。新幹線が止まる駅も歩いて5分かからない。普段、YouTubeや動画を見るために画面の大きなタブレットを持ち歩きますが、ホテルのテレビで動画も見れるテレビも設置してあるので自分にとっては嬉しいポイントです。ただ、ホテルの周りには飲食店が少ないので少し、不便と思いますが、車やバイクがあれば全く問題ないです。
