"We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...

"I've been traveling back and forth to Florida for 30 years and this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. When I was given a room it smelled like old fish and I asked to have it moved and I was granted that request the room that I was moved to also smelled like old fish. The staff was trying to be helpful but it's obvious this is the usual problem they they gave me packets of things that smell good and I was told to put it in the air conditioner. "The room was clean and spacious. Parking very easy and plentiful. The staff did their job and were efficient. The breakfast however was pitiful. Only hot food available was the usual waffle maker, which is fine because we are good with just fruit if need be. But the fruit here was unacceptable. The bananas were so brown they were soft to the touch and the apples had mold on them. Very disappointing. "
