"Loved how clean the hotel rooms, elevator, hallways smelled."

"I got there ready to check in with family of 5. They cancelled my reservation and had no more availability. I was never notified. Hotel blamed expedia. Expedia blamed hotel. It was disappointing. Staff at hotel were not very hospitale. Supposedly expedia doesn't give them my contact information. They tried saying I had a common name but when they looked .y.ne up I was the only one there on file. So they did have my information."

"The front clerks were very professional and inviting. The coffee was available 24/7 freshly ground. The lobby was clean, the linens were clean and the carpet was very clean. The refrigerator actually froze the water and kept the food refrigerated. Towels were changed out each day. I was surprised that they were kept clean even when pets were allowed. I love when hotels respectfully invest in cleanliness and do tbeir best to provide awesome breakfast. Money very well spent. We will make...
