"The conceirge and front desk staff were wonderful. Arifian and Fahmi were life savers and terrifc concierge service. Coco and Ariza at the front desk were also wonderful. Between lost luggage and volcano erupting they helped me get my luggage and get to Bali through alternative means. All the staff were wonderful to the Chefs, service staff and room attendant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Best location near Blok M area. Minimarkets, cafés, food stall, viral food, mall, etc all around. Not far from MRT Blok M and bus stops. Easy to go anywhere, not that far from Gambir Station and SCBD. Love the vibes there, staffs are helpful. Room was clean and cozy, but the spring bed was a bit hard. All fine!"
