"The overall experience was good however check in very lengthy since the receptionist was giving a lot of details including restaurant menu to the people in front of me. I was offered a welcome drink which never got since the one I got shortly after I checked in which it was a gin and tonic I ended up paying for it during check out; when I inquired about it in regards to the welcome drink reception said I still had to pay. "This property really was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and took time to show us the property upon check-in. Breakfast was truly amazing, likely the best I've seen. Location was excellent with lots to see and many great places to eat very near. There is no on-site parking, but there is a huge free lot within a 4-min walk. You need to check this out."

"Stayed for 1 night with kids…great spacious hotel 5-8 mins walk to the Evora walled city. Several onsite facilities which we couldn’t use because they close by 7-8pm…I wish they stayed open late so we can enjoy after our full day excursion in the city. Excellent spread of breakfast buffet for every age and appetite. They also apparently had buffet dinner which we weren’t aware but looked quite appealing."
