"Towels and bathtub was not clean"

"We had an excellent experience at Hampton Inn and suites Memphis East Germantown. The entire hotel, including our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was decorated in an up-to-date manner with all modern amenities. The staff, especially Kay, at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"The pools were great indoor and outdoor options, plus plenty of seating and hot tub. Near by fast food restaurants had horrible service but just outside of the little area some great restaurants near by. Property was gated and plenty of security in the evening at the gates! "
