"This is a budget hotel and clean. I could see this being star hotel 20 years ago but right now it definitely needs renovation. Shuttle service is good but definitely gets full in the evening to the mall but taxi is not that expensive. I hope they start renovations soon"

"Make sure you include their breakfast buffet when booking your room. It's worth it! Only complaint was lack of any nearby walking distance restaurants/shops. But with their free shuttle we were able to visit a mall and had takeout from there. That shuttle is wonderful as we also took advantage of it to/from Narita airport. Room very clean although some furnishings are looking a little worn. Staff was easy to understand (we're from US) and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Would stay here again, especially for free shuttle availability."

"C'était un bel hôtel avec de bons services mais nous aurions apprécié pouvoir regarder Netflix ou Amazon prime sur notre compte en soirée mais ce n'était pas possible vu que ce n'était pas un tv intelligente. Cet hôtel est très bien pour terminer son voyage si on veut être à l'avance près de l'aéroport et avoir le service de navette inclus. "
