"We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. "Staffs at main lobby are not trained well and rude. Only the night staff was nice"

"Room was very clean, and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room with lots of towels. Electric fireplace right in front of the sitting area, making it very comfy at night. Bed was memory foam topped. Two sinks, mini fridge, microwave, mini- coffee maker. The property has status everywhere, giving it such a nice feeling of peace, like a garden. In ground pool, every room had chairs on the front porch. All in all, very nice place to get away and relax. "
