"This is a really nice space with everything 1-2 people would need for a relaxing stay. Property is spotless and the surrounding neighborhood is a gem -- you are steps from the art museum, Mirror Lake and several cafes, bars, etc. and are surrounded by really cool architecture and stunning views. "High quality, modern, very nicely appointed condo. Steep, somewhat narrow steps to get your luggage up. All the directions given were accurate to get into condo. Had minor difficulty finding parking garage but owner quickly responded to my question. Great to have parking included. Garage was about 3-4 blocks away, easily walkable. "Very nice and clean property. Very spacious. Everything as described. Only issue we had was the coffee maker lid would not latch. Had to hold it closed and start it a few times to get a full cup. Coffee was good though."

"Apartment is a nicely restored/remodeled unit, in a historic mansion, in a historic mansion community. Very neat place to stay. The 9 foot tall windows and 13 foot tall ceilings are amazing! The one piece limestone carved front steps are worth taking some time to appreciate (think of the work it took to do that in 1866!) as is the rest of the property. Be warned the upstairs bedroom does get a little warm, but setting the temp down on the thermostat an hour before bed remedied the situation...
