"Such an amazing hotel! The variety of pools and natural springs are so fun. Clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is awesome! We saw so much wildlife right on the property- coati, toucan, lizards and frogs. "

"Everything i say about this hotel is not enough. The nature, scenery, animals (birds, frogs, other creatures like coati...) it's a paradise. Extremely friendly staff , they learn their guests name and call them greet them warmly by their names. Restaurant food is great snd toothsome, the housekeeping is excellent. Everyday they model the towels in different shapes, like cats, elephants,..!! Staying at this hotel is going to be one of the most memorable stays for you. The location is also close...

"Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! "

"Arenal Manoa gave me the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had; the buffet is complete, offering everything from traditional options to local dishes, and I genuinely looked forward to the mornings just to enjoy it again. The hot springs are relaxing and warm—comfortable without feeling too hot. The only thing I would improve is the shower pressure, especially with hot water, which felt a bit weak in our room. Overall, it’s an excellent stay with great food and a calm, enjoyable atmosphere."

"The rooms were spacious, clean, tidy and beauitful. The housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning and tidying up. The whole property is gorgeous. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast lunch and dinner menus were spot on. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. Cocktails were tasty. The yoga and spa were relaxing. The romantic dinner was excellent! The view - Arenal Volcano was majestic. And the plants - healthy, green and lush. 10/10"

"Every aspect of the hotel was spot on, while I was only there for three days, I wish it could have been longer! The entire staff from the front desk, restaurant, maid service, and spa provided exceptional service and support. I'd rate the professional masseuse more than five stars and probably the top three of massages I've ever had, which have been many/globally! I only ate at the restaurant for breakfast but the food quality and preparation was perfecto! This hotel is my new favorite in all...
