"Don't get room 210 or down that end of the hall if you care about wifi. It was terrible. The staff let me know, yet they still gave me the room..... Breakfast was spartan at best. I'm glad I brought my own. Wiping cloth left in my bathroom and toilet seat was broken. Still, the access is good, staff friendly and I truly believe they want to provide a good product."

"My room was disgusting. I got in late around 3am the bed sheet had stains on it. Since I it was so late I had no energy to go down and complain about it so I covered and laid two hand towels over the stains. When I woke up to take a shower I used the wash cloth to wash my face and there was hair in it. There was also long hair in the shower.
