"Clean room, air conditioning, good parking "

"Very surprised at how nice this place was, given the low price point. Would definitely stay again. I'm used to motels being a bit vintage and dated, but this place was modern and nicely decorated. Front desk staff were excellent and very accommodating. Pool and hot tub were clean, and there was comfortable, shaded seating available. Hope to stay here again on my next trip! "

"Room was disgusting and had moths and other bugs that were disgusting. Maid service came in when do not disturb sign was on. Brunch was not big enough and lacking food. Most likely I will never be back"

"First of all, it’s not an Inn or a Suite. It simply a motel. When I walked into the hotel, the air was completely show us approximately 80° in the room. When I went to the restroom, I saw a baby spider in the sink and one on the bathtub. The phone did not work at all. There was no way to contact front desk. I’m not too sure why, because it was plugged in, but there was no dial tone. The aesthetics of the room was nice, my only suggestion would be to invest in some sheets that are not scratchy."

"I called for a possible early check-in. When I arrived my room was not yet ready but Richard went above and beyond to get me moved and checked in. He was very friendly and helpful. Outstanding guest service!"

"Decent motel in southwest Tucson. Eclectic, artsy vibe with an onsite bar with local artists works on display and for sale. Room was clean with a comfortable bed, basic furnishings and a huge TV, but a bit small. Convenient to Route 10, but not much else. It’s in kind of an industrial/warehouse area (eg a FedEx distribution center across the road). There are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. Property is completely non-smoking even outside. They had a nice salt water pool and musical duo playing live on Saturday night."
