"The room design was spacious and comfortable. However we were on the first floor of Alden area apartment and the second floor guests could be heard walking around, very disturbing when sleeping."

"The property seemed fine the problem was they booked in kids soccer teams with no consequences! Kids all night baning on doors walls etc for both night we stayed terrible job by staff they just let it all happen other guests were not happy I voiced my opinion several times they did nothing shameful they never tried to get drunk parents to actually take care of their kids I know I will never return"
