"Very unpleasant experience, while we were out of our room for the day, someone went in our room. We opened the door and saw paper towels on the floor, our stuff ( dishes , clothes, toiletries had been) put away. When I went to speak to the front desk, they were not sure, then got a vague explanation that they was likely a mix up and it was housekeeping but they wouldn’t have touched our things.
