"The overall stay was enjoyable. The room was not all the way clean (some lashes and stains were found in the restrooms and the bedding). However the staff was helpful and the area was overall pleasant and quiet. "

"The check-in was a nightmare. 1) The villa was not ready on time. There was a 45 minute delay. Other families had to wait as well. 2) After finally getting a key, we had to wait for the "concierge" to get a parking pass. That was another 20 minutes as the one concierge person try to sell every tour she could think of instead of giving us the pass. 3) The check out wasn't any better. "We were told to park elsewhere because of the spot was reserved for another customer for two nights? Since when do customers get reserved parking and no one didn't park there for two nights, the room was to small and damp, the manager went into our room without our permission we were also told we were loud while we slept through the night tired from work, we were threatened to have our stuff taken out of the room after our agreement of paying for two more nights when we had gotten of from work...

"Check in was 4 pm and our room was not ready until after 6 pm. Front desk was very nice and making all attempts to get the room cleaned. I am sure everyone was trying just something to be aware of. Breakfast they could not keep up with the food when we were there. "
