"Citizen M is a large hotel with tiny rooms. I would call them micro rooms. I should have read the details more carefully. For 2 adults traveling, we just didn't have enough room. The bed was comfortable but, crawling over my husband in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom was less than ideal. The location is amazing! We walked to everything. We would recommend the breakfast bar in the morning. It was an additional price but so handy!"

"A convention hotel with the least amount of usable space I’ve stayed in after staying in hundreds if not a thousand of rooms. A cement ceiling, thin laminate flooring beginning to peel, and a tiny shower. Lots of badges lingering in the lobby if you like conventioneers. Stayed in a lovely downtown crossing hotel, a much better location, for $100 less than the $700 this room cost."

"The hotel is over the interstate. Although as a woke up with traffic noise every 10 minutes all night long I kept telling myself it was ocean. Then a truck or loud pipe would go by.
Water took too long to get hot
Breakfast was great."

"The hotel has been renovated, it looks great & is very clean. The only thing that should be done is to install sliding doors at the 2nd floor elevator lobby that only open with a card key. Even though you can only get onto the elevator with a card key I still saw strange people wandering around. The security guards weren't always there watching that lobby. There are too many people that can access the elevators even through the mall & restaurant area."

"Terrific hotel and even better location. Good useable space. Staff and coffee shop great, restaurant pretty good. Our only complaint was we were put in an ADA complaint room which though we are not young was not needed. The shower, tub combo was not very adjustable, and a pain to use as a shower. Truly great staff, generous with treats, water, help getting a taxi, etc."
