"The room was clean, bathroom was updated. The hotel needs a little update, due to customers running into the walls. The staff were very nice and helpful especially “John”."

"I don’t even stay their I tried to call when I got there there where people outside smoking I don’t know what and I did not feel safe to stay there with my daughter I tried to cancel they said it was a third party and I couldn’t when I call Expedia you guys were no help at all as well"

"I really like this hotel. However they stopped serving a hot breakfast which is a big reason we like ot so much. That was disappointing. They did have a bagged breakfast. But it wasnt the same. This stay, our keys didnt work many times and we were on the 8th floor. This was annoying. Other than that it was a nice stay. The staff was VERY nice helpful."

"Staff didn’t check that our room was already paid for through a 3rd party and charged us again. When we asked about it the girl at the front desk got crappy with us and acted like we were a bother and this wasn’t her problem. A manager finally came and said they would refund the money. We had requested early check in and they said they never actually approve those. I said I got an email saying we were good to check in at 11 but they said no anyway and told us to come back at 3. Shower was broken...

"Check-in and check-out was a breeze! The hotel is great: Clean, affordable, friendly staff and it's in a prime location. Though I appreciate a free breakfast, the selection leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps adding more hot protein items like bacon and sausage with the scrambled eggs would be a good idea. The warm cookies available at the front desk after 5pm are a welcome snack and the complimentary water, coffee and tea is a nice treat. Overall great experience, thank you!"

"Breakfast was available but we did not take advantage. The room didn't inspire much confidence in the food. On first arriving in room 313 we couldn't even open our door all the way bc it collided with a closet/cabinet placed immediately behind it. The two beds were fine, no pillowcases. Outlets were very loose and several did not work to plug devices into. The toilet was cramped with little space to move and folding doors that didn't completely close.
