"The motel could use an upgrade. I was concerned that the door on the room wasn’t locked and easy to get in. Bathroom door dodnt shut. Staff was pleasant. No amenities but it was an inexpensive hotel"

Most best westerns I have been to serve either pancakes or waffles They didn’t. At least not the day we started. It was FINE I ate a muffin and apple and checked out. I’d stay somewhere else just because of the bed. Nothing in mystic is super close to each other. "

"I chose this hotel because of the price, the photographs and the reviews. Unfortunately, had there been photographs of the exterior of this hotel, I would not have chosen it. It is very old and run down. The room walls had places where the paint was off the walls from where something had been ripped off the walls. Our slider on our balcony didn't even close let alone lock. We were very disappointed but too tired to complain."

"I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

"The beach bar was being worked on with a backhoe moving sand & workers outside even on Sunday. There was only one chair, no hairdryer, no iron, no freezer in the fridge, no ice at the property & the only other guests on the property were right next to our room smoking on the balcony/ stair area with their chairs causing smoke the waft into our room. The room furnishings were nice but the mattresses was very old & soft. "
