"Excellent hotel for business trip the workstation was good, king size bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the staff were super friendly."

"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. "Nice rooms, spacious and wonderful staff"

"The website states airport shuttle runs until 12am. But when I called for the shuttle I was told it quit running at 11pm. This was a major reason I picked this hotel. So had to Uber for $15."

"Clean linens, but there was still hair in the shower, the jacuzzi felt like you were going to fall through it when you were standing in the shower, and the external part of the jacuzzi where it covers the motor was falling off of the tub/wall. The shower wall (plaster) was falling apart, and it was questionable as to if we would find used needles on the carpet based off of the feel of the hotel. Anywhere we went, we were eyed like we were going to get mugged, and we weren't even dressed fancy."

"We had a booked originally a different hotel about 20 minutes away and it was absolutely disgusting. We were able to book this one within 30 minutes and be there and check in with no issues! Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and clean. The staff was also super helpful."

I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."

"We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably."

"Wasn’t told that you had to pay $10.00 for the breakfast until after we had our plate of food which was a small bowl of oatmeal. The kitchen attendant was very rude to the guest as well as the front counter attendant cursing and just down right rude for what could have been a slight oversight on a correctable issue instead after encountering her we checked out of the hotel."

"Hotel Denim is a small hotel with an affordable price tag that has a upscale vibe. There are features found in more expensive hotels:espresso maker, steamer, denim robes and slippers. The best part about Hotel Denim is the staff. Jonathon made me feel like a longtime frequent customer even though this was my first stay. He went beyond the call of duty to provide extraordinary service and resolved a booking issue that was due to my mistake. The GM is also super. All of the staff is friendly. If...
