"Room was exactly as described, very charming. Staff checked on us twice and were very helpful. Walking distamce to shops and restaurants. Parking right in front was never a problem. 1 block from the entrance to Yellowstone park!! It was a great place to come back to after a long day in the park!! Balcony was nice."

"Old, dirty, and bad view. The window view was just a neighboring wall/house. There’s a lot of creaking from the second floor, lots of noise next room and it was much more expensive than other similar hotels. Total disappointment. Save your money and go somewhere else."

"The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom lay out is nice with the two sinks in seperate area from the shower / toilet room. The hotel seems to be well maintained. The lobby has lots of cool animals on the wall. We went to the bar and everyone inside was very friendly and prices are resonable. "

"Parking was easy even though it was pretty full. The hot tub was very warm. The pool could've been a touch warmer but the kids still loved it and swam for over an hour. They had fun playing air hockey in the game room but their favorite was cooking the provided smores around the fire. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is a little older but well taken care of and clean for its age. "

"This is the only hotel in Gardiner I would consider staying at. It is family owned and the staff is great. The property is immaculate and there is hot coffee available 24/7. There is a laundry room available for guests and everything you need is close by, ie., grocery, gas, restaurants, etc. We left Gardiner to go to Jackson and were so disappointed with our hotel there that we packed up and went back to Yellowstone Village Inn knowing how good it was. Thanks Josh, Houston and all of the staff...

"Love the staff.they’re all very nice people.but I am sure the housekeeper didn’t change the sheet and clean the bed cause there were still so many hairs and some disgusting things left on the sheet (under the quilt so it couldn’t be ours)"
