"Sergio who checked us in was most friendly and courteous and even upgraded us from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the Sacre Coeur.. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable and in a very convenient location with much available in the immediate vicinity.. It is important to say the property does have a lift to all floors - we were on the fourth floor so were glad to have that."

"Det er et virkelig lækkert hotel og alt er egentlig fuldstændig fantastisk - men, og det blev et ret stort men - de prioriterer ikke deres hotelgæster i deres restaurant på hotellet - og det er virkelig synd. Den ene aften havde de lejet det hele ud, så alt var optaget og den fine fine gårdhave i 25 graders varme kunne IKKE benyttes af hotellets gæster… aftenen efter så? Nej der var der lukket. Mega ærgerligt, men det handler om tilgangen til prioriteringerne, og når man har betalt 12.000kr for...

"This has been my favourite hotel I've stayed in Paris so far. Super convenient location, friendly staff, easy check in process, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchenette is super convenient with all dishes and utensils needed. Overall loved this place and will be my go to the next time I'm back in Paris."

"The property was right beside the Gare d’est which was convenient for exploring Paris and catching our train to Luxembourg. I never heard a train…So quiet. Great breakfast, evening appetizer was a great gathering point before dinner. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Hussein."

"Cute little room with a sort of balcony, modern, great views, good block to outside sounds. Tight on space, small bathroom and a poop cupboard for a toilet. Enjoyable stay overall minus the little toilet."

"No se queden en éste hotel! Pague 300 euros por noche! Es carísimo y es una porquería! Está en una zona super peligrosa! Huele mal, la gente que vive por la zona, hace sus necesidades en la calle! Para colmo rentamos habitación con Sofá para nuestro hijo y acabamos durmiendo los 3 en la cama xq era un sofá destartalado! Y si no se pudiera más, le comenté el tipo de la recepción que me daba miedo la zona y me dijo eres de México apenas está bien para ti!!!"

"Superb location, very short walking distance and in between two major stations and easy access to Metro to almost anywhere. Nice surroundings, safe and conveniently abundance of eating places nearby. Excellent service by the staffs, especially the reception team. And finally , good facilities and amenities in the room"

"Was here for a short stay and picked the hotel based on location. It was easily accessible to many things. Overall a great spot. The rooms are a bit older in the bathroom, but I have come to often expect this in Europe."

"Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Da alle Getränke im Preis inbegriffen waren, war der Preis ausgesprochen günstig. Sehr, sehr nettes Personal hat sich sofort gekümmert. Die Mitarbeiter/in an der Rezeption hat uns sehr hilfsbereit über die Metro informiert oder ein Taxi gerufen."

"Clean, well appointed room for late train arrival, one night stay across the street from Gare du Norde train station. Easily caught the first RER train straight to CDG airport next day. Fast food available nearby. Neighborhood is VERY sketchy, especially at night. Would NOT recommend location for a single traveler, the elderly, or long term stay because of safety."

"the receiption so far I stay was start on duty just at noon till late night, so that when I went out in the morning, I can't go in the hotel before noon, unless there is guest in the lobby, who will approach the sliding door to open the door. The body liquid soap was only given one 10ml. sachet for one guest unless you asked for, therefore I didn't shower in the first night till next morning asked."
