"We stayed in a basic room looking over the back. Front facing rooms are premium and overlook the lake. Room was ok. Cleaned every day and Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. The mattress protector was poor and caused issues sleeping on a night. I can’t comment on food as we did not eat in the restaurant but drinks in the bar were fine and reasonable price."

"Philippe was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped in. Knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. Hotel room was big and had a kitchen which was a nice surprise. Located easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the lake it was a great trip. "

"The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy. It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed. "Luxurious hotel with attentive staff in a wonderful location. Close enough to enjoy Annecy but far enough away to feel tranquil and relaxing. My only negative is that we weren’t given any information at check in and there are some hidden extras - for example breakfast is not included in the price and is €25 per person per day, we were not told this in advance and so the €150 on our room at the end of the stay was a bit of a shock.
