"Listing makes multiple mentions of golf course but makes no mention that you actually do not have privileges to play there - you must be a member or book a stay directly through the Silverado Resort. We had a nice vie of the course - just couldn't play there. Washer and dryer are not in room - they are coin operated machines on the other side of the resort. "The spa, pool, jacuzzi and gym were closed for renovation so we didnt get to use the facilities except for the courts. We still had to pay a resort fee of $150. That didn’t feel good. The rooms are not updated as so far from the lobby/restaurant, courts and coffee shop that we had to get a shuttle/golf cart every time we wanted to go somewhere on campus."

I have to give a special shout out to Camila who is a waitress/server in the restaurant in the lobby. She was FANTASTIC!!!!! She was very attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed. "Overall the staff is friendly, there was some confusion about how we use the credit for the breakfast at the first day, but the hotel staff solved this issue. And I got the 60 mins massage, it was really good. The massage therapist knew what he was doing and my body feel much lighter and the muscles feel relaxed too."
