The property is run down. The pool is nasty. Men's clothes and underwear were hanging on the pool fence. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The air conditioner worked great.

The room was disgusting. The walls had water leaks and were wet. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The carpet floor was wet. The couch had brown stains. The bedding looked unclean.

We stay in Jasper every two years while on a roadtrip to visit family. This is one hotel where a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) can stay in one room together. The rate varies each time, but i would say its pretty average cost. 120 to 150. Queen beds are comfortable, a/c is always nice and cold, shower is always hot with decent pressure, the free breakfast is always a plus. They always give us a bag of bedding for the pull out couch without having to ask for it, which i really like. The rooms are very spacious even with the pull out bed being out. We have never tried the pool, so i can't comment on that. It is not far from many different restaurants and stores. Walmart is right down the road if you need a basic item. It could use some updates/repairs but none of that effected our stay. I would recommend staying at this location to others and will likely stay here again when we go back that direction.

Nice looking hotel with wonderful staff. Room smelled like a swimming pool, so we asked to switch rooms. The next room was better, but another strong odor. This time like menthol. Air quality was an issue. We woke up feeling tired.

They only had one roll of toilet paper and nobody to bring more. The breakfast was horrible, powdered eggs that were like mashed potatoes. The room next to us had kids screaming and you could hear them clearly. The beds were comfortable and the staff they did have were very nice
