A pleasant “step stay”, I loved the concept of this hotel. I chose a private room, the bathroom is shared but was always clean, the sauna for two was great! The common areas were well maintained and clean. We really loved it.

This Hi Hostel was super new and modern. Shared bathrooms were great, massive kitchen, pool table, various dining areas and tv room, cafe down stairs was great. Events are also held there for all guests

This is a great spot for travellers. Close to Jasper down (walkable), lots of areas within the hostel to hangout and lounge, and super friendly staff. The cafe had great coffee and reasonably priced wraps/sandwiches that we took out with us while we adventures each day. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

All the staff was friendly and helpful when we got checked in and checked out. I found that with the hostel being fully booked it was very quiet and could barely tell that it was fully booked. It was very clean and set up very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

I only stayed here for one night but I'll definitely return for a longer stay. It has everything you probably wouldn't even find at a nice hotel, from community areas to a reading room, cafes to games room. Overall a fantastic facility with an amazing vibe.

Negatives : The room is bare minimal with nothing in it. Positives : Common place to hang out, with games, cafe, etc. Close to the Jasper town and train station.

Newer facility. Staff were friendly. 3 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Lots of amenities. Only negative was they did not clean my room despite even using the door hanger requesting the service.

It was very close to downtown, so very accessible but our room of 4 beds did not have an a/c and it was a very hot summer month. But the property was able to supply us with another fan, so the staff was very helpful. Otherwise, the facilities were very clean and spacious.

The building was beautiful and clean staff was extremely helpful and friendly lots of parking super close to downtown (walking distance) the only issue was the extreme heat, there’s no AC in some rooms we stayed in a 4 dorm room and it was tiny the standing fan barely worked it was hotter in our room than outside me nor my friend barely slept I was pouring water on me during the night to try and cool down , not comfortable at all would not stay there again do not recommend in summer months

Really close to the main strip - had no problem walking there with my suitcase. Gets a bit loud as the train track is behind but I believe they offer ear plugs. The bed was not comfortable at all and for the 4 person rooms the door is right beside a bed and so you feel Bad walking in and out when someone is sleeping because you’re right beside them (especially the lower bunk) and you can’t sneak out quietly, especially with luggage. Staff were great and amenities were all good. Would definitely stay again, even despite the bed not being comfortable.
