Everything was great-the only issue for me was the temp in casino. It was overly warm. Machines weren’t very friendly for me-but all employees I came across were friendly and helpful.

The property has not been maintained very well. The room was a standard room, but the window didn't open and is was very hot inside. The AC didn't work well. The room's cleanliness was not so good. The shower was pretty bad. However, the Steakhouse and denny's were pretty good

Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean and comfortable bed. Hopefully they upgrade all the rooms soon. We will return.

The property is very easy to get in and out of. The hotel seems to be more updated than before but still seems old. It was clean enough but bathroom seemed a bit dirty (might just be old).

The room was updated and nice. The hallways were beat up with wavy carpet. The elevator lurched and made some sketchy sounds.The free breakfast and Denny's was awesome.

The room is bigger than I thought. Only real negative is that there isn’t much insulation in the walls and we could here the neighbors coming in late at night.

Add was very misleading. Not all rooms have been remolded. Ours was an old room. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows hard Food was horrible. Cannot recommend

Happy in Vegas.
We did have a problem with people trying to prank us, but we enjoyed out stay overall. The fitness center did not have any cups and only had a couple of treadmills, a bike, and some weight lifting equipment. I had fun in thd casino and the noise did not carry to my room.

This place is horrible. We stayed here because we were traveling with pets and didn’t want to hassle with Vegas, but it’s super dated, not very clean, and smells like smoke everywhere. The walls are paper thin and the food options are appalling. I recommend it unless you have no other options.

First of all, they had to change out the heater, it made loud noise. The bulb was was out in the lamp. Two days i called the operator, no answer. Went to front desk and asked for a iron, and they told me there wasnt any. But i had a ironing board in the room.

To check into this hotel you have to walk through the very smoky casino. The check-in desk is located in a very smoky area. If you are a non-smoker, this is most unpleasant. The room itself was large and clean. However the hallways and commons areas are threadbare and grubby.

The check-in staff were terrible. It took forever to get to our rooms. Many other people were complaining about the almost hour-long wait to get checked in although the waiting line was initially short. Management needs to get involved with this problem as it was indeed as advertised, "Terrible."

Mattress appear and felt tired.
It was worth every penny. However, the situation of having handicap on the forth floor is not a safe choice, God forbid a fire ever developed, the wheel chair bound patron would never maneuver the stairs, All handicap room customarily are on the ground floor for easy exit.

I over pay on Expedia walking was cheaper. Room was old and my room wasn’t ready. Tv was not working and hotel staff didn’t show up to fix the problem just 2 hours before check out.

We booked a room to include a pet, the first room had dog poo and the smell was awful. They changed our room but I couldn’t use the shower is was filthy.

You have to walk through the casino to find the registration desk and go to the restaurants for meals. This casino is one of the most depressing places I've seen. It's filled with unhappy people sitting at electronic game machines. And it stinks with stale cigarette smoke.
