"I called and asked for additional towels, after 4 phone calls and 3 hours later they gave us the hotel. After 10 minutes they came into the room and asked me when I am checking out. I will never stay here again "

"So this review is about Primm Valley resort not Buffalo Bills because when we went to Buffalo Bills it was closed and our reservation was changed to Primm Valley resort without our knowledge or email. It turned out fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time. The Primm Valley resort has been redone and is very nice. "Check in was not great. No opportunity for upgrades without huge surcharge. Our bathroom door did not shut, their fix was to put a hair elastic on the door knobs to keep it closed. The pool closes at 6pm so make a note of that. Housekeeping skipped our room two days in a row, we had no towels, guest services said it was my fault for not requesting. No where did it state we had to request cleaning. Part of the extra resort fees and actual room charges is daily Housekeeping. Point blank, she was...

"We upgraded to a remodeled room once we arrived. The room was ok, some of the plug ins / USB ports didn’t work, the A/C was so loud it was hard to sleep. During our last night an evacuation alarm went off after we were asleep. We had to go down 21 flights of steps (the last two floors were covered in garbage and urine) and found out it was a false alarm. It was a confusing mess. I would not stay here again."

"Hotel was great, staff need training in customer service. I showed up at about 10 pm as that’s when my flight got in. They had given my room to someone else, and tried to justify it because check in is a 4…. It wasn’t a big deal until they tried blaming it on me. They checked me into the other hotel in the same building but it was a pan in the butt to move around while I was there only a short period of time. "

"Booked the tower room online and upon arrival was assigned to another room, but had to wait past check-in in order to receive it, which made it so I would miss my show. That was the purpose of my visit to Vegas. I elected for the soonest available room as long as it was comparable to the room that I booked that room was not comparable to the room that I booked. I was promised to move at the soonest availability, and nobody attempted to help or make contact with that, they only threw credits at...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
