"Hotel was a dated, but the rooms were large and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of selections. It is in a safe area, the only thing i would say is the property is right off the highway, so my room was on the side facing the highway. It was a bit noisy when trying to sleep. "Everything was great! I had some questions about the check in process and the number provided answered me right away! The rooms were clean and so cozy. The sheets in the Sion Bass room are so soft. The jet tub was also incredible. I wish I had some more control over the temperature in my room, but other than that, a flawless stay!!!"

"The room key machine was broken, and staff had to escort guests to our rooms during our stay, every time we left the room. The machine had been down 5 days according to staff. That's really not acceptable. A problem is understandable, but 5 days? There were no security checks, staff just asked your room number and walked you there without confirming that is your room. Poor way to handle the situation. "
