"The staff was very rude. We had to beg for clean towels. The air conditioners were weak and did not cool the rooms. The bed wad crooked, made me feel like I was going to fall out during the night. The parking lot lights were so bright that the cheap window coverings would not keep the light out of the room. There was activity going on all hours of the night and walking outside at any hour made us feel very unsafe."

"Clean bedrooms/bathrooms. We stayed in this hotel for one week for a work trip. The breakfast area was clean and provided enough to eat: waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, sliced bread, cereals, oatmeal, milk, applesauce, fruit cups, coffee, tea, muffins, bagles. Cleaning staff will clean upon request and they chance the towels every day. They missed taking the trash every day though, but we told the front desk and immediately they put the request. "Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable."

"The hotel had great hot breakfast. Definitely no complaints there. My issues were the bedding, pillows to puffy...couldn't sleep with them...had to buy a regular pillow. The blanket in the bed was TOO heavy for summer. Would have preferred a light weight comforter, slept without it. The toilet had the wrong lid and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Had to hold it up. The pool was way too chlorinated and no hottub so didn't use. Had a difficult time get the window blinds to stay close,...
