"El servicio del personal fue muy amable, la habitación limpia, aunque en el tiempo que estuvimos no se aspiró, únicamente se cambiaron toallas y respiraban las camas. Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. Los restaurantes buenos. En general, agradable estacia."

"My son was on spring break and I couldn’t get off work to go to far from home. He’d been wanting to go to the claw machine arcade that had recently opened in the Louisville area. The hotel was great not sure why but I’m liking the drury inns. Room was clean beds were comfortable shower was good and hot and plenty of water pressure. Breakfast was great missed it the first nite from driving the nite before to get there but enjoyed it on day 2"

"All the people that work there were super nice. I got recommendations for good places to eat from the manager. They text straight to my phone. That was nice. My bed was very hard, which wasn’t terrible, but it had some broken springs. They are going to address it right away."

"This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The walk in shower was nice but, it was so slippery and the shower door should have had an handle on it instead of one very small nob which is an safety issue."

"This is a extended stay facility, mostt here were not traveling or going anywhere. There was a lot of unsavory activity taking place. We didn't stay ."

"This place honestly shouldn’t even exist. From the time we arrived (after 2:30 and check in is supposed to be at 2) it was a crap show. Our rooms weren’t ready because they had to call the police to kick out people who refused to leave from 6 different rooms. That I later found out were alleged prostitutes. We went to late lunch and came back and one room wasn’t ready and the room they gave us wasn’t acceptable. We had a concert to go to so we figured that would give sufficient time to prepare...

"smelled like butt & smoke, burn holes & ash everywhere, grass on the bed, hole in the door, major burn on the carpet, hadn't been vacuumed, smelled like ass if i didn't mention that, exposed pipes, i mean jesus christ"

"Check in is at 3:00, but rooms were not available because housekeeping was behind. The waiting room was full of people wanting to check in. Once we got in the room, there were still no clean towels and there were still dirty towels and cleaning products in the room. There is not enough parking but for a third of the hotel. Seeing as there was a large event in town, parking was full. This stay was a disaster that they were not prepared for at all. "
