"Check in is at 3:00, but rooms were not available because housekeeping was behind. The waiting room was full of people wanting to check in. Once we got in the room, there were still no clean towels and there were still dirty towels and cleaning products in the room. There is not enough parking but for a third of the hotel. Seeing as there was a large event in town, parking was full. This stay was a disaster that they were not prepared for at all. "

Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. "The most awful experience, upon check in and entering our room it was pretty immediately noticed the a/c and heater in room was not working. I let the front desk know that the a/c was not working and she stated she had another room we could move to but it needed to be cleaned. Also told her very noisy guests next to room, she said yeah they are kind of loud. I told her we were going to a Concert would be back late that evening. "Great breakfast buffets and appreciated the afternoon socials Monday -Wednesday"

"Seems like the breakfast at these facilities have gone way down. The eggs look super rubbery. They typically only offer one fruit and that is an apple. If your diet consists of processed sugar then you're good to go. But if you are a vegetarian like myself who tries to avoid ultra processed foods then the breakfast has very limited options. "

"They were welcome to pets, but the place smelled like urine. Our bed comforter, especially had to get new sheets from front desk."

"All the people that work there were super nice. I got recommendations for good places to eat from the manager. They text straight to my phone. That was nice. My bed was very hard, which wasn’t terrible, but it had some broken springs. They are going to address it right away."

"This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"My son was on spring break and I couldn’t get off work to go to far from home. He’d been wanting to go to the claw machine arcade that had recently opened in the Louisville area. The hotel was great not sure why but I’m liking the drury inns. Room was clean beds were comfortable shower was good and hot and plenty of water pressure. Breakfast was great missed it the first nite from driving the nite before to get there but enjoyed it on day 2"
