"Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable."

"The hotel appeared cleaned but has an awful smell the first day. The second day it smelled very strongly of an air freshener. The lobby and room both had the same odd smell. We used an Odor deodorizer spray in our room. We picked this hotel because it had a pool & hot tub. The pool was very cloudy. The hot tub produced so much foam it looked like a bath tub. We didn’t trust that either were clean as they shouldn’t be cloudy or foam like that. Very disappointing."

"The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I...

"Stayed here multiple times and it's my favorite hotel in Louisville. Friendly staff, very help. Good, clean rooms and a great breakfast. Highly recommend for all Travelers."

"The lady at the front desk was amazing, however, the hotel was very outdated. Everything looked old and dirty. We didn't even put our belongings down upon arrival, instead we walked in the room and walked right back out. It smelled like cigarettes and looked like a run down homeless shelter."

"The staff was very rude. We had to beg for clean towels. The air conditioners were weak and did not cool the rooms. The bed wad crooked, made me feel like I was going to fall out during the night. The parking lot lights were so bright that the cheap window coverings would not keep the light out of the room. There was activity going on all hours of the night and walking outside at any hour made us feel very unsafe."

"Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!"
