Checked in after midnight. No one was at the desk at first but they left instructions. Used the house phone and someone answered and showed up right away. Room was clean and modern looking. Would stay there again.

The most awful experience, upon check in and entering our room it was pretty immediately noticed the a/c and heater in room was not working. I let the front desk know that the a/c was not working and she stated she had another room we could move to but it needed to be cleaned. Also told her very noisy guests next to room, she said yeah they are kind of loud. I told her we were going to a Concert would be back late that evening. We were given keys to the new room and upon opening the door to the new room it reeked of smoke. As someone with asthma and allergies this is a no go for me. Hauled all our stuff back to the front desk and employee stated there were no other rooms available. They also added when I tell them that the room smelled of smoke heavily, that ‘yeah the guy that stayed in it before smoked in it!!’ Like why would you move someone to the room if you already knew that?! Most people would not be ok with this. Normally at this point I probably would have demanded a refund and found a different hotel but almost all were at capacity in the Louisville area due to multiple events going on that night/weekend . So we went back to the initial room, no a/c, baby in the room next to ours proceeded to cry for an entire hour 2am-3am. Also noticed while laying there that there was no fire alarm in the room and wires dangling from ceiling. I spoke to someone upon check out the next morning and the manager of the hotel was supposed to call but of course never did.

Actually we didn't use the laundry nor kitchen but the kitchen was stocked. Dog in the room next to us barked all night at people coming in the side door on the first night but other than that overall it was a nice stay.

This hotel was an alright stay. I wouldn’t really consider it great as cost goes because there weren’t many amenities but I guess the location wasn’t all that bad. The kitchenette would have been useful for anyone needing it, we didn’t. The beds were pretty small but worked to sleep. The whole 3rd floor smelled of either cigarette smoke or weed smoke but it didn’t really get into the room so that was good. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind as well.

The room was clean and had most of the amenities I needed except for a blow dryer and hair conditioner. In addition to adding those two items, I have a few suggestions for the management. 1. Our entry door had no sealing/insulation around the frame so you could basically see out into the hallway from the door edges. Someone could possibly see in as well. This was unnerving as well as loud. Located near the front desk, I could clearly hear conversations of all who walked past. I also heard the staff yelling back and forth to each other about needing towels in a particular room or supplies in the pantry. My suggestion would be to either install a better fitting door or install an acoustic door seal around the frame and a door sweep at the bottom. This would insulate and reduce the amount of exterior noise for your guests. 2. When we pulled up to the hotel three ragged looking souls were sitting at the front entrance smoking. I have no problem with them looking ragged-some people have rough lives. I am sad for what they have gone through. My suggestion would be to create a nice smoking area or patio around the side of the building for them to smoke and converse. This would encourage them to not smoke right at the front entrance and enable the hotel to have a better first impression for guests. Smoke would also not carry into the lobby and down all the hallways as it did. For a non-smoking hotel, it was pretty smoke filled. Thank you for your consideration.

The bathroom was really dirty, the bed sucked, the floor sticky, and the room smelled like raw sewage. They only had 3 pillows for 2 people. I went to ask and they said they didn’t have any more.

Had an easy check in. I had a very clean room no problem with anything in the room. Everything worked properly and as it should came with a kitchenette with a two eye burner and a dishwasher.
