The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a corner suite for a family of 4. The location is great, plenty of restaurants close by within walking distance. The hotel is having some renovations: a KFC food chain is being installed and the roof top pool is being built, and other retail stores.

Five star rates minus the amenities and services

Well they charge five star rates minus the amenities . No bathroom kit , you've to buy that from a vending machine near the front desk. No breakfast that's extra. No access to pool , that's extra too. All you get is a room and some good hospitable staff . If that's your thing go ahead.Oh and early check in or late check out will cost you extra. I asked for an early check-in and the rate was 20k per hour,lol. That's more than the total rate per hour of the room!. Don't bother asking about late check out , cos that's also by the hour at a premium rate . Id recommend providing some service for the money you take please

A decent hotel with a good location and friendly staff, but there are some aspects that can be improved. For one, we asked for housekeeping in the morning when we stepped out for the day, along with a request for extra pillows. We returned to a room that was untouched and it was too late for housekeeping to be done by then, but we appreciate the staff for trying his best by passing us fresh towels and pillows. The toilet doors also could not close properly, which was quite odd for a new hotel.

호텔의 청결도와 고객응대가 아주 좋았습니다. 하이디라오와 kfc가있어서 어디 멀리 안가고 맛있는 음식을 먹기에도 좋았어요! 루프탑수영장과 루프탑 바 그리고 조식까지 정말 완벽에 가까운 시살과 서비스였습니다!!

4박 5일 일정, 매우 불만족

직원들은 서비스 교육을 제대로 받았는지 의문이 들 정도로 불친절했으며, 알바생처럼 일하고 있습니다. 특히 체크인할 때 직원은 인사도 없이 매우 띠꺼운 표정으로 저를 응대하였습니다. 조식은 맛이 없었으며 제대로 채워지지 않아 남긴 음식을 먹는 기분이었으며 무척 시끄러웠습니다. 4성급에 신축이라 기대했지만 가오픈 수준으로 호텔 내 이용가능한 시설이 없습니다. 문이 매우 시끄럽게 쿵하고 닫히기 때문에 아침 저녁으로 깜짝 놀라 깰 때가 많았고, 청소하는 사람들도 부주의하게 시끄럽습니다. 여태까지의 제주 호텔 중 최악이었으며, 다시는 제주를 가고 싶지 않게 느끼도록 했습니다. 4박 5일이라는 동안 느낀 점입니다. 비추합니다.
